One of the biggest problems we face today is our posture. If we’re not sitting in front of our computers or constantly looking down at our cell phones, we’re either sitting in front of a TV or playing video games. All this leads to possible issues with our spine, neck, shoulder, arms, wrists and even our thumbs. It’s important for us to not only work on our main muscle groups, but to do exercises that help with our posture. The video below gives us simple daily movements to help correct this. Make sure to always stand tall, and whenever you notice yourself hunched over, just remember to keep your shoulders back and your neck aligned.
