1 Bird dog:
You have to first get on all your fours. You extend your right leg behind you. You have to slowly lift your leg and you have to reach the hip height. Thereafter, you have to raise your left arm to the shoulder height. You have to remain in this position for at least 8 seconds and after that, you have to slowly bring the legs and arm downwards. You have to then repeat the process on the other sides.
2 T-spine mobility:
The 1st and foremost thing which you need to do is to get on your fours. You have to then place one hand behind your head. You have to ensure that your elbow is pointing towards the floor. You have to rotate your chest upwards in order to make the elbow perpendicular to the ceiling. Thereafter, you have to do the same with the right palm behind your right ear. You have to repeat this exercise at least 10 times throughout the day.
3 Cat position:
This exercise can easily be done at home as well. You have to get on your fours. You have to thereafter think about moving ahead while arching your back. You need to make sure that your chin is facing towards the ceiling. Then again, you have to get at the starting position. You have to repeat this exercise at least 10 times.
Thus, if you’re suffering from a bad posture, it is a good idea to perform these exercises in order to relieve the stress on your body. Once you are able to do that, it will become easier for you to reduce the effect of bad posture on your body. These exercises can be easily accomplished at home. Thus, it is not necessary to go to the gym in order to improve your posture.
