How did you get started in fitness?
I have been training for 11 years! I have always loved taking care of myself, but never so serious as I’m the last 2!

How do you stay motivated in your career?
Well, something that really motivates me is to motivate people change their lives within fitness. To see all of my fans sending emails and msgs saying that I inspire them and I actually see that many of them have already gotten big changes!

What’s your favorite music to workout to?
Love songs to train! Love hip hop in general, but a specific one that really gets me going is – Talk Dirty from Jason Derulo!

What’s your favorite cheat meal?
TOSTITOS! Lol, love that thing OMG’!

How do you deal with cravings?
Well, all of us have it! I deal fine with them! Craving sth is fine for me, we can’t change time… You just have to let things happen the way it should…

What does your diet consist of?
Well, lots of white eggs, protein, vegetables!

What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Squats! Squats! And… Abs! Lol well, I am Brazilian! That means I love training gluts and quads! And for some reason in the past 6 months I am in love for my abs as well. I do the basic not to overdo it. I still want to have the feminine look.

Which female celebrity’s physique do you admire the most?
There are a lot! Most of them Brazilians! I truly believe there area my beautiful women everywhere but, I really like Fernanda Davilla. She is a dancer in a TV program in Brazil. Toned and feminine.

What celebrity male’s physique do you find idea on guys?
I like Malvino Salvador, Brazilian actor!

What supplements would you use or recommend?
Definitely whey protein is essential for a good support of a daily diet!

Don’t let distractions distract you! Keep moving! A day at a time! A bit at a time! This is the key!
