Hi everyone!!! It’s Holly Barker and today I’m so excited to be talking with the incredibly beautiful, fit and inspirational Heather Marsh!!!
Heather is a trainer, WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model and mama to a baby girl. She started her fitness journey back in 2010 and has learned a ton over the years to inspire and ignite her passion towards health and fitness. After trying a variety of different training styles and diets, she is a firm believer that there are absolutely no quick fixes to losing or gaining weight. You truly have to change your mindset and lifestyle.
Heather’s purpose is to help educate women about a healthy lifestyle and how to achieve their goals. She is extremely excited to be launching her new website heathermarshfitness.com and loves teaching her clients how to follow a purpose driven workout, what it means to follow a clean diet, and still have those sweet treats in moderation!
