Did you grow up in a small town in Idaho? If so, how was that?
I grew up in a city called Boise, Idaho. It was a great place to be born and raised, and most of my family still resides there. It is a beautiful state but I was anxious to leave and see what else was out there to offer me.

You’ve lived all over the US. Which location is your favorite?
I would have to say waking up to seeing Dolphins and the endless open ocean from my balcony of South Florida was my favorite. However, I still miss living in Scottsdale, AZ. I lived there about 10+ years and I have so many memories and great friends there.
Out of all the projects you’ve done, which has been your favorite?
It’s been a long journey of modeling over the years but I think anytime any photographer or shoot has animals on set I am like a kid in a candy store. I am a lover of all animals and I want to have every animal I see. I absolutely love anytime I get to shoot with horses. I use to own them so I feel comfortable around them. Just talking about animals makes me happy!

What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
I’ve done a lot of crazy things it’s hard to choose. I’m kind of an adrenaline junkie. I jumped off a cliff about 75 feet high into the water, I’ve been in the ocean in a shark cage and I’ve backflipped out of a plane at 13,000 feet just to name a few.
You have a long successful career. What has yet to be accomplished?
I’ve always wanted to get on stage and do a competition. So that has yet to happen but it’s on my bucket list.
How did you get into riding dirt bikes?
Growing up in Idaho and being the youngest girl and a Daddy’s girl I was a tomboy. I wanted to always be by my Dad. Plus Idaho outdoors is amazing.

Where does your love of guns come from?
It’s not that I love guns but I respect them. Again, being from Idaho, going out, and shooting guns at a young age while learning safely how to handle them was and is common. I’m thankful I was taught how to handle and respect them.
How do you stay flawless?
I’m far from flawless but eating clean, getting adequate sleep, and working out at least 5 times a week help keep me on point.
What type a guy catches your eye?
A guy that can make me laugh, has a good heart, and an amazing smile and takes care of himself by staying healthy and making me feel like I’m the only girl in the world and dealing with my craziness. Fortunately, I’m one lucky girl because I found that guy!
What products to you use to protect your skin?
While going to school to become an Esthetician I learned the importance of Sunblock and using good products that have active ingredients. I take vitamins in the morning like Collagen, Vita C, Biotin, etc. I have an Arsenal of supplements. Well, I also have a little friend that I like to visit once in a while…..Botox. Shhhh. Lol.

What can your fans look forward in the near future from you?
I’m hoping to continue forward with my fitness goals and I feel like I am only getting better with age. Not bad for a 36-year-old.
What made you decide to conquer the fitness world?
Having an incurable disease (Ulcerative Colitis) really took control of my life for years. When I finally decided I wasn’t going to let this disease define who I was I decided I wanted to prove that you can do anything you put your mind, heart, and soul into. Finding Body Makeover Movement was a defining moment for me. Claire Rae’s program helped brings back that inner fight and drive that I needed to succeed. Her program is not only motivational but a haven for the amazing support and lifelong friends. I can honestly say I am forever changed when I joined her program. If it wasn’t for her program I wouldn’t have won the Summer Slim Down challenge and had this opportunity and interview.
