????You never know what your actual potential is until you give your 100 percent focus. I had chicken legs my whole life and I never thought they would grow nor have any shape to them. I've been lifting now for only a year and a half and the changes in my body are huge. Once I actually made the decision to make this a lifestyle and be patient and consistent the results came much quicker. Don't stare in the mirror stressing everyday.
