We’d be completely remiss if we didn’t mention the delicious, the sexy, the desirable, and forever iconic Scream Queen from this, the mother of all slasher flicks. Yes, we’re of course talking about the pristine and all-too-beautiful-for-words Janet Leigh, who stunned fans with both her unforgettable beauty and looks, as well as that shower scene in Psycho, which came as a shock and a half to those expecting her to be the final girl of the flick.
The scream, the horror, the lingerie, it was an era-defining moment that would be mimicked for eons to come. We still don’t feel like anyone ever pulled it off quite as well, though.
